There are some very good hotels and resorts hotels in Kota Kinabaulu and it is a place in Malaysia well worth visiting, Kota Kinabalu Malaysia Hotels and there are also reviews for Kota Kinabalu hotels.
Some good places to stay are the Shangri La Rasa Ria Resort Kota Kinabalu and the Shangri La Tanjung Aru Resort & Spa Kota Kinabalu .

Air Asia are to start direct flights from Singapore to Kota Kinabalu, check the Air Asia website for details and fares.

There are plent of flights to Kota Kinabalu from Kuala Lumpur, aloso from Singapore and there may also be flights from Hong Kong.

There are 2 Shangri La hotels in Kota Kinabalu area

There are so many airline and flight bargains to Asia at the moment and together with very cheap hotel rates now in fact is a very good time for a holiday in Asia whilst the prices are so low

Kota Kinabalu, Langkawi and also Penang and other places in Malaysia busy for Chinese New Year and even busier as it is also Valentine's Day weekend, gets quieter at the end of ther Spring Festival holidays

Some very nice Kota Kinabalu hotels with great accommodation, Hotels in Kota Kinabalu Malaysia , there are 2 Shangi La resort hotels there.

Kota Kinabalu is getting more popular now as a beach destination in Malaysia and with more flights there will no doubt be more tourists going to Kota Kinabalu, some very nice resorts and hotels.

You can find some good cheap rates for hotels in Kota Kinabalu from Asiaoz also.
Shangri La Rasa Ria Resort Kota Kinabalu is an excellent luxury resort hotel, the Shangri-La's Rasa Ria Resort is an excellent place to stay while visiting Kota Kinabalu.
