There are some excellent deals on hotels in Patong Beach Phuket at the moment and also going through the low season, also discount rates for advance bookings for the high season 2009 / 2010.
Patong Beach Hotels Phuket has some very good suggestions for hotels in Patong Phuket, lots of photos, reviews and the local cheap discount rates

Hotels in Phuket are very cheap now and they will be cheap throughout the low season

Thara Patong was a good hotel, but Patong did not appeal to us one bit.

Depends on your budget as there are so many places ranging from cheap hotels and guesthouses to luxury resorts.

You need to give us some idea of how much you plan to spend per night for your accommodation
