The Lima Coco resort on Koh Samet. rates from about THB 2,350 but also has seaview and beachfront accommodation. It is on Sai Kaew beach on Samet.
Lima Coco Resort Koh Samet has all the photos and details to see.

Low season end at the end of October so there is still a chance for very cheap hotel bargains and also some hotels are offering promotions also in November, a good chance to book a hotel or resort bargain in Thailand in Koh Samet

That looks a more reasonable price than some of the other accommodations
