Is Karon Beach better for nightlife than Kata beach ? Are they just like Patong.

Karon Beach is very much quieter than Patong. There are some restaurants and bars but nothing like the nightlife in Patong.

In karon you find some bars and restaurants, shops and tailors. It is not the same as Patong but lots of tourists stay there. But you cannot find hotels on the beach if you do not stay at the Karon Beach Resort, it is the only hotel on the beach
