I have found Asiaoz to be good for hotel rates and also for having lots of choice Hotel Bookings Malaysia and quite easy to use, many of the hotels are Instant confirmation so there is no waiting to know if rooms are available for not

You can stay at a beach resort at Batu Ferringhi is better than to stay in Georgetown and then go to the beach
