Accommodation and facilities:
This hotel met my needs and expectations. The service was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and in good repair. A wake up call was provided exactly on time. It has an excellent location for overnight stopovers to catch another flight at the airport the next day. The included shuttle to the airport was efficient and on time.

Reservation service:
I have used sawadee.com many times, and it has always worked very well, with excellent customer service in the event of any questions. I fully recommend this booking service.
