that's a jerry-rigged steady-cam (i.e. tripod with a weight on the bottom) away from being damn good.
editing is classy.

i have not had time to read the whole thread as to im on my blackberry how ever i plan to when i get home. id love to get into the film and if our editor is still in need of some bad ass computing power just tell me what programs you are using ill load them up and u can use my machine when ever and where ever. i built it in march best you could assemble at the time. will handle all your editing needs with out any issues. whens next gather for some shots?

I'm interested in trying to do this again. I have about 5 short clips of Doc and Marcus's car.
Marcus has a new Canon camera with 720p and stereo sound, along with a GoPro. I can borrow Rich's GoPro as well.
I edited another short intro together with the little I have. I got some cool ideas. One involving the next C&C too.

Yeah, it's hard to get a lot out of a little, and really to get 5 min. of quality video, probably a half hour or more of stuff to choose from.
I posted this elsewhere a while ago, but it's my only attempt at any significant cutting and editing to date.

Moral of the story is I'd volunteer shooting/editing services unless it's at night because my camera apparently blows in low light situations. I also use Vegas though, so the project files would be compatible (IIRC, that's what you've got).

Edit: I spy some Final Fantasy 3 and Resident Evil music in that vid... 
We need to find out how my Canon will do in low-light... We know the GoProHD more or less sucks at it, but it's passable.
